A few words from Elina…. About her Inspiration
After years of working in the fast-paced world of corporate finance I developed chronic insomnia. I know only too well the impact poor sleep has on a person’s life and health. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing what I’ve learned in treating and overcoming, insomnia.
During my time of severe sleep challenges, I tried countless options, and nothing seemed to make a difference. When conventional treatments failed to help I sought an alternate route. Most sleep treatments focus on sleep hygiene, and overlook key elements that are critical to truly restore a person’s natural ability to sleep well. When I finally pieced together an approach that not only worked, but helped me to revolutionise my sleep, I decided it was something I had to share with others. I understand how sleep difficulties can have a major impact on a person’s quality of life, and felt it was necessary to get out there and start sharing with the world what I had learned from my intense struggle. Sharing the secrets of how you can revolutionise your sleep, so that you can sleep easily and deeply, and change your life from coping, to thriving.
Elina founded My Sleep Coach in order to provide people with an effective solution to their sleep struggles. She is an international sleep expert, with clients in Australia, Europe and the USA. Researching and training in the most effective methods of treating insomnia, she also studied a large array of modalities including hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, coaching, sound therapy, cognitive re-patterning and brain mapping with the highly regarded neuroscientist Dr. Joe Dispenzer. Elina has developed a unique and innovative program for treating insomnia, and works with a large number of high profile clients.
